पब्लिक रिलेशन सोसाइटी ऑफ इंडिया (PRSI) के तीन दिवसीय 47वें राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन में देश और प्रदेश के विकास से जुड़े विविध विषयों पर गहन मंथन किया जा रहा है। अधिवेशन के दूसरे दिन GST, भारत-रूस व्यापार संबंध, विकसित भारत@2047, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, मीडिया और जनसंचार की भूमिका जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर विशेषज्ञों ने अपने विचार रखे।
दूसरे दिन के तीसरे सत्र में “Positive Impact on the Economic Perspective of India” विषय पर चर्चा करते हुए भारतीय राजस्व सेवा की वरिष्ठ अधिकारी एवं कस्टम्स कमिश्नर बी. सुमिदा देवी ने कहा कि One Nation–One Tax और GST लागू होने से देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती मिली है। उन्होंने बताया कि GST से उद्योगों पर कर भार कम हुआ, इनपुट टैक्स क्रेडिट का लाभ मिला और अनुपालन आसान हुआ, जिससे लागत घटी और मुनाफा बढ़ा। छोटे व्यापारियों, किसानों और कृषि उत्पादों के लॉजिस्टिक्स को भी इससे बड़ा लाभ हुआ।
IIPR के संस्थापक मेजर अतुल देव ने बदलते दौर में पब्लिक रिलेशन की चुनौतियों पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा कि डिजिटल युग में सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से ब्रांड निर्माण और प्रबंधन सबसे बड़ी चुनौती बन गया है।
कार्यक्रम अध्यक्ष श्री एस.पी. सिंह (उपाध्यक्ष, PRSI) ने देहरादून चैप्टर के आयोजन की सराहना करते हुए बताया कि अगला राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन भुवनेश्वर में आयोजित होगा।
चौथे सत्र में भारत–रूस व्यापार संबंधों को मजबूत करने पर चर्चा हुई। मॉस्लोव एजेंसी के डायरेक्टर जनरल मिशेल मास्लोव ने कहा कि भारत और रूस पारंपरिक मित्र हैं और सैन्य संबंधों के साथ-साथ अब फार्मा, कृषि, पर्यटन और खाद्य उत्पादों में व्यापार बढ़ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि बेहतर पब्लिक रिलेशन से भाषाई बाधाएं और जानकारी की कमी दूर की जा सकती है। रूस की डिजिटल सेवाओं और सोशल मीडिया पर यूलिया देवीदेनको और एना तालानीना ने जानकारी दी।
छठे सत्र में PRSI के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री अजीत पाठक की अध्यक्षता में पांच पुस्तकों का विमोचन किया गया, जिनमें डॉ. अमिता व डॉ. संतोष कुमार वघेल, डॉ. पंकज मिश्रा सहित अन्य लेखकों की पुस्तकें शामिल रहीं।
अधिवेशन में उत्तराखण्ड की लोक संस्कृति भी आकर्षण का केंद्र रही। गढ़वाली, कुमाऊं और जौनसारी गीतों के साथ छोलिया नृत्य की प्रस्तुतियों ने देशभर से आए प्रतिनिधियों को उत्तराखण्ड की सांस्कृतिक विरासत से परिचित कराया।
सम्मेलन के दौरान “विकसित भारत @2047” विषय पर चर्चा करते हुए वक्ताओं ने एकमत से कहा कि नीतियों के साथ-साथ उनका प्रभावी संप्रेषण विकसित भारत की कुंजी है।
स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार ने कहा कि मजबूत स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था विकसित भारत का आधार है और उत्तराखण्ड में टेलीमेडिसिन व डिजिटल हेल्थ सेवाएं क्रांतिकारी बदलाव ला रही हैं।
अपर सचिव मुख्यमंत्री श्री बंशीधर तिवारी ने कहा कि सुशासन की सफलता प्रभावी और पारदर्शी संचार पर निर्भर करती है। उन्होंने उत्तराखण्ड के 25 वर्षों की विकास यात्रा, बढ़ते धार्मिक पर्यटन, प्रति व्यक्ति आय, GDP वृद्धि और रिवर्स माइग्रेशन को बढ़ावा देने की नीतियों पर प्रकाश डाला।
UCOST के महानिदेशक डॉ. दुर्गेश पंत ने विज्ञान, नवाचार और अनुसंधान को विकसित भारत की आधारशिला बताते हुए विज्ञान संचार को जनआंदोलन बनाने पर जोर दिया।
दूसरे सत्र में मीडिया, शिक्षा और लोकतंत्र पर चर्चा हुई। NDTV के सीनियर एडिटर डॉ. हिमांशु शेखर ने फेक न्यूज़ को बड़ी चुनौती बताते हुए मीडिया की विश्वसनीयता बनाए रखने पर बल दिया।
